Our site has two delivery options.
- Postal Delivery. This service takes between 2 - 5 working days to arrive with you and costs £2.49 (inc vat).
- Express Delivery. This expedited delivery is for UK mainland customers only, and in-stock items will be delivered within 2 working days. This service costs £6.90 (inc vat).
If any comments need to be added to the order to assist delivery please enter them in the comments pane.
We may, depending on the value of your order, upgrade your delivery to an Express Delivery at our discretion.
To ensure the best availability we utilise a range of methods to ship orders. We are able to ship from our on stock as well as direct from UK distribution. In some instances we will need to consolidate orders in one location, because of this some orders may not be dispatched on the same day the order is placed.
Delivery to Ireland - We use the Royal Mail International Signed For Service for all deliveries to Ireland. Whilst the majority of these deliveries arrive within our normal 2-5 day timescale for this service we allow up to 15 working days before we would consider an item lost in transit.
To check the status of an order simply login to your account and check your recent orders.
Occasionally there can be problems delivering an order. Don't worry we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
